  1. How do I place an order?

    To place an order, browse our products, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your order.

  2. Can I cancel or change my order?

    If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

  3. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
    1. Click on “Forget Password” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
    2. Click Submit.
    3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
  4. What is the product's transaction currency?

    All products transaction currency will be done in ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

  5. How long does the delivery usually takes?

    Delivery usually will take about 3-4 working days.

  6. If I choose store pick-up. What do I do now?

    For store pick-up delivery, kindly note that our staff will contact you once your order has arrived at the hub. We'll set an appointment with you for when you can pick up your item(s).

  7. My package is damaged when I received it. What should I do?

    We're sorry that this happened! Please contact our Customer Service Team or sf_secretflow@hotmail.com as soon as possible. Please include details about the problem, including photos of any visual damage and your order number for quicker assistance.
